Description

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused professional to join our team as a **Customer Experience Representative**. This is a remote role ideal for someone based in the **Riviera Maya region** who enjoys working with customers while also leading structured software testing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, identifying product issues, and managing software testing efforts to ensure our platform remains reliable, user\-friendly, and high quality. **Customer Experience** * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems * Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to customer questions, issues, and feedback * Document customer issues and recurring pain points to help improve product and processes * Maintain a positive, solution\-oriented experience for all users **Software Testing \& Quality Assurance** * Lead and coordinate software testing projects for new features, updates, and bug fixes * Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing cycles * Identify, document, and track bugs clearly for engineering or development teams * Validate fixes and ensure releases meet quality standards before deployment * Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to prioritize issues **Required Qualifications** * Experience in **customer support, customer experience, or technical support** * Hands\-on experience with **software testing or quality assurance** (manual testing required; automation a plus) * Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about user workflows * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required) * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $90\.00 \- $110\.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
