Access to continuous training and team events **Join Promologistics as a SUM Agent and participate in the logistics management of our projects.** **Responsibilities** * Monitor shipping guides and escalate reports with courier services * Customer service support **Duties** * Proactively identify and resolve in-transit incidents * Continuously track generated reports until resolution * Monitor confirmed returns to ensure proper closure via reverse logistics * Strengthen relationships with courier services by acting as the primary communication channel for incident resolution * Respond to any request (internal/external customer) within a maximum of 2 business hours * Follow up on clarifications to resolve issues according to the reported incident and courier-specific timeframes * Generate shipping guides on platforms * Manage quotations * Prepare incident tracking performance reports (courier companies) * Identify patterns in claims, delays, damages, or non-compliances and collaborate with operations to implement corrective actions * Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve operational issues (LI, packaging, shipments) * Maintain smooth communication with customers and other internal departments to ensure accurate information flow **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics management or similar roles * Familiarity with SUM management tools * Ability to work effectively in a high-demand environment * Strong communication skills **Benefits** * We offer a collaborative work environment * Professional development opportunities * Access to continuous training and team events * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Additional memberships This role provides a unique opportunity for professional growth and contribution to our team’s success.
