Job Summary: AKSI Tools is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) Self-Service to manage key accounts, expand distribution, and conduct strategic negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with internal teams for in-store execution **KAM Self-Service** At **AKSI Tools**, we are looking for a **Key Account Manager (KAM) Self-Service**, with proven experience in key account management and strategic negotiation. **Main Responsibilities:** Opening new retail outlets within self-service chains and expanding distribution Customer visits, order follow-up, and delivery tracking Negotiation of commercial terms (pricing, displays, promotions, bonuses) Preparation of performance reports, sales analysis, and achievement of objectives Coordination with internal teams to ensure proper in-store execution **Requirements:** 3–5 years of experience as a KAM in self-service channels Strong negotiation and commercial analysis skills in self-service channels Results-oriented mindset, leadership, and teamwork capabilities **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary of $25,000 Statutory benefits from day one Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Opportunities for growth and development Location: Cuautitlán
