Job Summary: Supervise, control, and maintain equipment and systems to ensure product quality, safety, and continuous operation of the WWTP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and monitoring of equipment at the wastewater treatment plant. 2. Recording and control of physicochemical parameters. 3. Basic maintenance of equipment and facilities. **Operator – WWTP Operations Area** **Job Objective:** Supervise, control, and maintain assigned equipment and systems, ensuring product quality, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted plant operation. **Job Requirements:** * **Reside in the ATOTONILCO EL ALTO, JALISCO area or have easy access to it** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in related fields (chemistry, environmental science, electromechanics, mechanics, industrial processes). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (wastewater treatment plant, chemical industry, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing). * Experience in recording operational data and preparing reports. * Experience in basic preventive/corrective maintenance (preferred). * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operation and monitoring of equipment within the wastewater treatment plant. * Recording and control of physical and chemical parameters. * Support in loading, unloading, and transferring products. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Reporting incidents, failures, or unsafe conditions. * Adherence to operational and safety instructions. * Collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and other operators. * Compliance with internal and external regulations (safety, environment, quality). **Work Schedule and Employment Terms:** * Mixed schedule: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * **Availability to rotate shifts if required by operations.** * Contract for a specific project, duration: 3 months. **Salary and Benefits:** * $15,000 to $17,000 monthly net (based on experience). * Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation, vacation bonus). * Work location: Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco.
