We focus on innovation and quality to provide efficient and sustainable solutions to our customers. **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate general plant and equipment maintenance, ensuring proper machinery operation and optimizing production processes to improve costs, metrics, and production reports. **Main Responsibilities** **General Maintenance:** Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and machinery. **Equipment Maintenance:** Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment used in concrete production. **Process Knowledge:** Supervise the operation of concrete production processes and coordinate technical improvements. **Reports and Metrics:** Record production metrics, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency. **Cost Optimization:** Evaluate maintenance costs and propose strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality. **Document Management:** Maintain updated records of completed maintenance and future planning. **Inventory Management**: Tools, equipment, and consumables. **Requirements** **Age:** 25 to 30 years **Experience:** 2+ years in industrial maintenance or the construction sector **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field **Technical Skills:** * Maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment * Concrete production processes * Production reporting and operational metrics * Maintenance cost optimization * Proficiency in Excel and maintenance management software (desirable) **Skills and Competencies** Time management and organization Metric analysis and problem-solving Proactivity and attention to detail Effective communication and operational leadership **Why Join Waller Concrete Panels?** Growing company with development opportunities Dynamic environment specialized in the precast industry Key role in plant optimization and efficiency **Interested?
