Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor to ensure the daily execution of construction works, compliance with drawings and specifications, and the team's operational efficiency. Promote operational efficiency and teamwork. **PROJECT SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Gender: Unspecified * Experience: 3 years (mandatory) * Age: 18 to 50 years old * Education: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field **(Degree holder)** * English: Basic * Willingness to travel: Yes (up to one month per trip). * Proficiency in Office, Internet, ERP, and AutoCAD. **\-We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $15,000\.00 to $20,000\.00, tax-free. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Direct hiring. * Hybrid work: On-site and remote. * Ongoing training. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: half-day. **\-Specific Knowledge and Skills:** * **Skills**: Directly supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to drawings, quality specifications, work schedules, and safety regulations to guarantee proper project implementation and team operational efficiency. * Programs: 5S Methodology, Leadership Skills Workshop, Planning, Decision-Making, Industrial Design, Materials Properties, Structural Analysis, Electricity, AutoCAD, and Excel. **General Job Responsibilities:** Supervise construction work (metal structures, racks, Resindek flooring), manage personnel, maintain effective communication, and be available for travel periods of up to one month. **\-Job Description:** * Supervise and ensure adherence to the activity and task schedule for each assigned project. * Conduct daily supervision of progress for projects under responsibility. * Perform daily follow-up on scheduled activities for each project. * Ensure achievement of project execution targets. * Propose new techniques or methodologies to improve project execution. * Track projects through meetings with operational staff. * Foster teamwork among project collaborators. * Provide support and assistance to all assigned projects to ensure traceability. * Maintain effective communication with team members and cultivate a pleasant working environment. * Support execution of established plans for assigned projects. * Keep immediate supervisor informed of progress and results for each project. * Prepare project tracking forms. * Update tracking information for each assigned project on the platform. * Supervise supplier quality and delivery timelines. * Monitor fabrication timelines for components across various company suppliers. * Supervise services, materials, and products installed in each project. * Execute and enforce plans developed for each assigned project. * Follow up on corrective and preventive actions for each project.
