Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator responsible for ensuring the proper execution of operational processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance at the branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the implementation of operational policies and procedures. 2. Ensure efficient branch operations and regulatory compliance. 3. Manage inventories, assets, and conduct cash audits. We have an opening for you Operations Coordinator You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of operational processes at the branch, guaranteeing efficiency, internal control, and compliance with applicable regulations to achieve business objectives. Main Responsibilities Supervise the proper implementation of operational policies and procedures Ensure efficient branch operations Validate regulatory compliance in credit processes Authorize expenses, payments, and disbursements according to assigned authority Manage inventories, assets, and conduct cash audits Follow up on internal and external audits Safeguard physical and digital files Supervise processes related to guarantees and insurance policies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or internal control Knowledge of operational processes, auditing, and regulations Experience managing personnel (desirable) Organizational, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills Cash handling, closing procedures, and cash audits.
