At **Universal Wipes**, we are looking for a **Junior Formulator** to join our development team, participating in the creation and improvement of cosmetic products. This position is ideal for candidates with an interest in laboratory work, innovation, and product development, seeking growth within the technical area. **Job Objective:** Support the design, development, and documentation of formulations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in developing formulas for cosmetic products * Preparation of laboratory-scale samples * Monitoring pilot batches and scaling up to industrial level * Recording and controlling results, tests, and formulation changes * Documentation and updating of technical information * Support in preparing product specifications and labeling * Participation in safety and performance testing * Research on new raw materials * Identification of improvements in formulation processes * Collaboration with departments such as quality, operations, sales, and marketing **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or related field * Basic knowledge of cosmetic chemistry * Proficiency in using laboratory equipment * Basic understanding of industrial processes * Knowledge of microbiology and pharmacology is desirable * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Organizational and document control skills * Interest in learning and technical development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
