Warehouse Manager for Raw Materials and Finished Goods

**Job Objective** Manage and coordinate received orders, ensuring timely information flow among involved departments (Quality, Production, Sales, and Logistics). Guarantee that status updates and related requirements are properly addressed to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Submit signed and stamped invoices to the Accounting Department for appropriate processing. * Optimize resource usage during daily activities to comply with the assigned budget. * Prepare presentations and support staff training to keep personnel informed and up-to-date. * Archive documents to ensure they remain protected, organized, and readily available when needed. * Attend required training sessions to stay current with the Integrated Quality Management System. * Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walkthroughs to identify and report areas for improvement. * Prepare statistical reports requested by the immediate supervisor, ensuring clarity and timeliness of information. * Meet departmental performance indicators and contribute to achieving strategic objectives. * Support additional activities or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with the Integrated Quality Management System guidelines and internal regulations to ensure proper execution of activities. **Education and Experience** * **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * **Experience in this position:** Not mandatory. * **Experience in this field:** 1 year (preferred). **Knowledge and Skills** * Administrative functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Document organization and archiving. * Report preparation. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Equipment Used** * Desktop computer. * Multifunction printer. * Standard calculator. **Required Competencies** * Administrative organization and order. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under supervision. * Adherence to processes and standards. * Responsibility and commitment. **Requirements** \- Personal vehicle required \- Verifiable work experience (Preferred) \- Willingness to relocate for candidates from other regions \- Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term **We Offer** \- Social security and life insurance \- Food vouchers \- Punctuality and attendance bonus \- Subsidized cafeteria \- Savings fund contribution of 8% of monthly salary plus savings account \- 20 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) \- 12 days of vacation starting from the first year \- Paid leave on official holidays and regionally significant holidays (e.g., birthdays, Lent, Field Day, January 12).
