Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise incoming goods, optimize stock levels, ensure supply continuity, and control warehouse inventory, with emphasis on analysis and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail Responsibilities Validate and supervise the receipt of domestic and international goods into the warehouse, optimize inventory stock levels, and ensure timely supply. 1\.\-Procure goods. Ensure timely and proper unloading of domestic or international goods. Guarantee warehouse storage capacity and timely product availability. Coordinate necessary activities for optimal goods procurement. 2\.\-Analyze inventory stock. Optimize and streamline warehouse storage locations. Ensure stock is available for use within 24 hours after goods arrival. 3\.\-Control warehouse inventory. Ensure reliability of pallet movement and location tracking. 4\.\-Palletize and arrange goods. Arrange goods to facilitate counting and identification, whether on pallets or at designated warehouse locations. 5\.\-Process national and international Cedis order volumes. Generate transfer orders across various Cedis. Label goods according to respective Cedis requirements. **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (completed or internship status) \- **1–2 years of experience (Operations, processes, supply chain, general warehousing, KPIs, continuous improvement, inventory management).** \- Software proficiency: Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel (pivot tables, databases); SAP desirable \- Analytical ability, results orientation, learning agility, effective communication, attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM **on-site** (availability to work Saturdays if workload requires) \- Work location: El Salto Park III Industrial Park Salary: Starting at $14,200.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
