Actively participates in employee training and improvement. **Position:** HR Manager **Salary and Benefits:** $15,000 to $20,000.00 MXN (depending on experience), plus benefits **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field **Specific Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law * IMSS and contributions * Payroll and benefits * Recruitment and selection * HR tools (Excel, payroll software) **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Payroll and benefits administration * Employee training and development * Workplace climate and conflict resolution * Compliance with labor regulations * HR reporting and analysis * Management of employment documentation * Coordination of corporate events and activities **Workplace Location and Directions:** Av.
