The activities are EAD (Home Deliveries), loading the vehicle, organizing delivery receipts, knowing how to use MAPS, delivering packages to homes, marking delivered receipts as completed, settling accounts, and closing the route. Upon entry, you receive 10 days of paid training ($250 per day during training); additionally, starting from the 6th day of these 10 days, you begin earning commissions. After the training period, you start with the regular salary, which is: base salary of $1,965.60 weekly + commissions. Approximately $3,200 or more per week (depending on deliveries made, the commission earned varies). The schedule from Monday to Friday is from 8 a.m. until route completion and settlement; Saturdays are half-day, and Sunday is a day off.
