Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare construction budgets, schedule project execution, and manage tenders, with proficiency in Neodata PU and ERP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for construction budgeting and execution scheduling 2. Conducting public and private tenders 3. Handling Neodata PU and ERP Civil Engineer, Architect, or Technical Specialist Degree. Responsible for preparing construction budgets and execution schedules, conducting public and private tenders, and operating Neodata PU and ERP. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems is desirable.
