**HR GENERALIST** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Mass recruitment \* Follow-up with new hires \* Employee onboarding \* Personnel file management \* Process tracking \* Personnel management \* Implementation of employee terminations and disciplinary actions \* Organization of events and team-building activities **REQUIREMENTS** \* Completed bachelor's degree in a related field \* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience \* Experience managing HR for over 100 employees \* Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) \* Knowledge of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) Law \* Experience developing and completing HR forms (e.g., commitment letters, ST7 forms, reports, etc.) **WE OFFER:** \* Statutory benefits \* Ongoing training \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **SALARY:** $12,000 MXN base salary \+ variable bonus based on KPIs up to $5,000 MXN Total monthly salary: Up to $17,000.00 MXN Workplace: On-site employment
