Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative to develop the customer portfolio, conduct advisory and sales visits, and serve as the primary liaison with customers in the construction industry. Key Highlights: 1. Development of assigned customer portfolio and follow-up on work plans. 2. Resolution of customer issues and key communication with the company. 3. Training opportunities on the product portfolio. **Position: Sales Representative** **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive training on the company's product portfolio * Design and monitor Work Plans * Identify potential prospects within our target market * Conduct advisory and sales visits to existing customers * Develop and grow the assigned customer portfolio * Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers and the company * Make decisions to resolve customer issues * Organize and participate in events hosted by various Chambers and Colleges across the State of Guanajuato * Follow up on accounts receivable recovery from customers **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 35 years old * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Minimum high school diploma * Personal vehicle in good condition * Excellent personal presentation * Sales experience in the Construction Industry (preferably paint sales) * Strong desire for professional growth **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Base salary * Attractive commission plan * Gasoline expense allowance * Significant career development opportunities Are you interested?
