Job Description We are seeking a **Field Technician** with a service-oriented attitude, commitment, and responsibility to provide on-site technical support. This position involves frequent travel; therefore, it is **mandatory to know how to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle license**. Responsibilities * Providing technical services on-site. * Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions in computer equipment. * Installing, maintaining, and configuring equipment. * Delivering and retrieving equipment from customers. * Safeguarding and caring for equipment during transit. * Submitting clear and timely reports of completed services. * Maintaining professional and courteous interactions with customers. Essential Requirements * Experience in technical support or equipment maintenance. * **Ability to operate a motorcycle and possession of a valid driver’s license**. * Knowledge of hardware and software. * Strong service-oriented attitude. * High sense of responsibility and commitment. * Availability for field-based work.
