




We are seeking a **Technical Support Engineer** for **Seguritech Privada Capital Humano**, based in **León, Guanajuato**. This position focuses on **technological infrastructure and specialized system support**, providing advanced technical assistance to users and ensuring continuous operation of IT services and platforms. **Position Objective** Ensure the availability and stability of technological services through the **administration, diagnosis, and maintenance of operating systems, networks, and servers**, complying with project technical and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level support for **IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and workstations**. * Administer **Windows Server operating systems (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS)** and **Linux (basic to intermediate level)**. * Configure and maintain **VPN, remote access (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)**, and network services. * Diagnose incidents using tools such as **Ping, Tracert, Netstat, Nslookup, Telnet**. * Manage **cybersecurity**, antivirus, endpoint protection, and basic firewalls. * Monitor and administer **network and server services** (Active Directory, File Server, IIS, DNS). * Backup and restore data; execute basic queries in **SQL Server or MySQL**. * Provide support for **VoIP telephony** (SIP, RTP, H.323, NAT, authentication, and codecs G.711, G.729, OPUS). * Document incidents, changes, and configurations in technical reports. * Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to resolve complex incidents. **Professional Profile** **Education** * Engineering degree (in progress or completed) in **Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related fields**. **Minimum Experience** * 2 years of experience in technological infrastructure, networking, and operating systems support. * Solid knowledge of **Windows Server, Linux, TCP/IP networks, VLANs, Cisco/HP routers and switches**. * Experience in **VPN, VoIP, databases, firewalls, virtualization, and basic cybersecurity**. * Knowledge of **ITIL** and best practices in IT service management is desirable. **Languages and Certifications** * Basic English (ability to read technical manuals). * DC\-3 certification for working at heights.
