




Position Summary: We are seeking an empathetic professional committed to child well-being to supervise and support staff in caring for girls and boys, strengthen best practices, and provide formative feedback. Commitment to child well-being. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Educational Psychology, Education Sciences, or Pedagogy. * Experience working with children aged 0–6 years. * Experience managing staff. * Sensitivity and observational skills. * Technological proficiency. * Valid Class A driver's license. * Age: 30–60 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by role. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor surveillance cameras to: \- Supervise and support staff in caring for girls and boys. \- Identify areas for improvement and reinforce best practices. \- Follow up on incidents and reports. \- Provide respectful and formative feedback to the team. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive care. * Generate reports and assist in Human Resources activities. **Desired Profile:** * Empathy and respect. * Initiative and analytical ability. * Teamwork orientation. * Commitment to child well-being. **Work Schedule:** * Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM–9:30 PM. * Saturday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM. * Sunday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, depending on role. * Day off: 1 day, Monday or Tuesday. **Salary:** * $15,400 gross.
