Due to expansion, we are currently seeking: **\*\*\*STORE MANAGER\*\*\*** **Job Description:** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and guaranteeing the smooth operation of the work team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations. * Manage inventory, including tracking goods' incoming and outgoing movements. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Set and monitor sales goals. * Personnel management: task assignment, supervision, and training. * Handle and resolve customer issues. * Prepare administrative and financial reports for the branch. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles (branch/store supervisor, manager, or team leader). * Knowledge in **administration, sales, and inventory control**. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible availability. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$12,000\.00 net** * Biweekly payments * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Statutory benefits * Branch sales bonus (starting from 75% of assigned target) * Excellent work environment. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm or 11:00 p.m. \- 8:00 p.m. (1 day off) **Address:** C.
