Job Summary: Support manufacturing plant operations in production, training, safety, and system administration. Key Highlights: 1. Support the implementation of production and training plans 2. Manage digital work platforms and report tracking 3. Provide support for tasks assigned by the direct supervisor SITE MANUFACTURING APPRENTICE **Responsibility 1: Support the implementation of the production plan and the training plan** * Activity 1.1: Assist in disseminating, demonstrating, and monitoring compliance with safety policies, rules, and guidelines. * Activity 1.2: Support production line operations as needed. * Activity 1.3: Support monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness on the production line. * Activity 1.4: Record production flow-related information in the appropriate documents. * Activity 1.5: Track shift production results using company systems (KPIs, forms, dashboards). * Activity 1.6: Manage the DWS (Digital Work Station) platform, including updating work instructions and standards. * Activity 1.7: Administer and track OEE reports. * Activity 1.8: Validate and track scrap. * Activity 1.9: Administer and track TPM cards. * Activity 1.10: Support and execute time studies on production lines. * Activity 1.11: Support engineering changes. * Activity 1.12: Support tooling for production lines. **Responsibility 2: Provide support for tasks assigned by the direct supervisor** * Activity 2.1: Have authority to stop processes and/or machines if any activity poses a risk to personnel physical integrity or risks producing or shipping non-conforming products. * Activity 2.2: Respect and follow defined escalation systems, and stop the process upon detecting quality issues. **Date:** Mar 10, 2026 **Location:**Leon, MX **Job Requisition ID:** 388900
