Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician to ensure that finished products meet technical specifications and quality standards through inspection, sampling, and laboratory testing, thereby contributing to continuous process improvement. Support continuous process improvement from a quality perspective A cleaning products manufacturing company is seeking a QUALITY TECHNICIAN. **Work location: Zeta Street 103, Industrial Delta, León, Gto.** To ensure that finished products comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and company-established requirements by executing inspection, sampling, laboratory testing, documentation, and control activities across all stages of the production process. This role is critical to ensuring product compliance and continuous improvement in production processes. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; TSU degree in Chemistry-related fields (recent graduates preferred) or incomplete degrees in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsibilities involve physical effort and consist of 70% operational and 30% administrative tasks. * Perform product sampling. * Conduct physical, chemical, and organoleptic tests according to each product's specifications. * Verify the quality of incoming raw materials. * Record test results. * Participate in finished product release activities, ensuring quality criteria are met. * Assist in reviewing and maintaining quality management system documents (records, logs, forms, safety data sheets, etc.). * Implement and support the production department in continuous process improvement from a quality perspective. * Collaborate in operational activities within the production department as required, based on departmental needs and staff availability. * Report non-conformities, out-of-specification products, and participate in corrective and preventive actions. ***WE OFFER:*** * Statutory benefits * Weekly bonus * Career growth opportunities within the company * Free uniforms * Vouchers for cleaning products Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Are you a graduate of Chemical Engineering?
