




Job Summary: Support operations on quality-related matters, correct/prevent issues, control NCs (Non-Conformances) and product audits, and manage PPAP for suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and monitor quality and customer service indicators. 2. Responsible for handling warranties reported by OEMs. 3. Authority to stop production lines due to quality issues. **Job objective** Provide support for any quality issues in the operation, as well as participate in activities to correct and/or prevent quality issues. NC control and product audits.
