Main Responsibilities Design and implement work plans for cambaceo supervisors and promoters. Analyze sales zones (neighborhoods and socioeconomic levels) to define commercial strategies. Ensure achievement of sales targets and subscriber growth. Coordinate and supervise the team of promoters and supervisors. Monitor team performance and propose improvements. Ensure proper handling of information and personal data.
