




Job Summary: Totalplay is seeking an External Plant Dispatch Analyst responsible for monitoring operations, supporting field crews, and managing incidents in fiber optic networks. Totalplay, a company of Grupo Salinas, offers Mexico’s most innovative service and invites you to join us as: External Plant Dispatch Analyst EDUCATION: Preferably completed high school; technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree Customer service, service provision, administrative assistant, or telecommunications experience EXPERIENCE: * Customer service. * Quality monitoring. * Field crew support. * System development and administration. * Validation of field crew processes. * Handling and tracking of specialized orders. * Assignment of incidents to various departments. Responsibilities Jointly monitor daily operations and major outages with suppliers and/or internal operational staff. Facilitate centralized support tracking for organic, massive, and attenuation-related troubleshooting. Validate and support suppliers and/or internal staff in daily operations using existing documentation in the district. Notify customer service of major outages to trigger IVR activation. Document customer information for port assignment from origin. Support activities for Network Engineer. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Effective communication. * Sense of urgency. * Communication technologies, specifically fiber optic networks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday (1 rotating day off). Salary: 10000 \+ bonus up to 7000\.
