You will collaborate closely with engineers and quality teams. **Manufacturing Supervisor** ============================= **What Your Day Will Look Like** -------------------- You will be responsible for supervising shop-floor production operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality, and safety standards. You will participate in continuous process improvement, resource allocation, and execution of projects aimed at optimizing plant operational efficiency. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Implement shop-floor improvements to optimize processes * Plan production and define priorities based on weekly schedules * Assign tasks and coordinate the production team daily * Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, processes, and guidelines * Lead continuous improvement projects (digitalization, engineering changes, standard work) * Comply with and ensure adherence to EHS, Quality, and management system guidelines **Requirements for the Position** ------------------------------------------- * Industrial, Automotive, or Production Systems Engineering degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production areas * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, SMED, and plant capacity * Experience in time studies, motion analysis, and data analysis * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productive information management **About the Team** --------------------- You will join the production team, collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and continuous improvement departments to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of plant objectives. **What Is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than an energy technology company.
