Kromberg \& Schubert San Francisco del Rincón Plant is seeking your talent—we are looking for individuals who make a difference and invite you to join us as: **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **JOB MISSION:** Ensure production plans are fulfilled according to quality, volume, and productivity parameters. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or related field, * Intermediate English preferred **TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Advanced Office software proficiency, * Knowledge of SMED, * Knowledge of statistical process control, problem-solving techniques, Lean Manufacturing concepts, * Basic knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards, * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001 **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily review of personnel assigned in internal system (personnel time recording). * Achieve established production line objectives (KPIs), * Monitor and ensure adherence to production plans while maintaining product quality and operational cost efficiency, * Develop and implement action plans to address critical situations on production lines, * Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, and labor guidelines; promote and support company-established 5S criteria and programs, * Practice, promote, and support continuous improvement in operational processes to enhance company performance, * Hourly monitoring of production line efficiency and adherence, * Comply with Integrated Management System guidelines (IATF16949/ISO14001\) **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Savings Fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance.
