Dynamic work environment **Hunter Seguridad Privada – León, Guanajuato** **Job Description** At Hunter Seguridad Privada, we seek an operational–administrative professional to support both the operations and human resources departments. This position is critical to ensuring proper service execution, personnel control, and internal processes. **Responsibilities – Operations Department** * Uniform inventory control. * Completion of C3 forms\. * Preparation and maintenance of attendance lists. * Supervision of weekend coverage. * Control and tracking of pending shift payments. * Support in daily service coverage. **Human Resources Department** * Settlement documentation control. * Support in recruitment processes. * Badge issuance and management. * Employee termination records and uniform recovery control. * Supervision of weekend staff reports. * Staff scheduling to cover employee rest days. **Requirements** * Experience in administrative, operations, or HR roles (experience in private security preferred). * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative documentation. * Availability to handle operational matters (including weekends). * Proactivity and sense of urgency. **We Offer** * Starting salary: **$5,500 biweekly \+ bonuses** * Job stability * Opportunity for growth within the company * Dynamic work environment **Employment Type** Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
