We are currently seeking: **Payroll Coordinator** REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Payroll Coordinator in companies with at least 500 employees. * Mandatory proficiency in the Sicoss system. * Solid knowledge of SUA, IDSE, NOI, ISN, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and LFT. * Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in teams, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. Outstanding internal customer service attitude. Strong analytical sense. RESPONSIBILITIES * Calculation and execution of the weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary and benefit payments. * Managing affiliation movements (hires and terminations) and modifications in Payroll, SUA, and IDSE systems. * Preparation of payroll disbursement layouts. * Accurate calculation of severance and final settlements. * Coordination of work risk premium calculations and ensuring timely payments. * Calculation of Special Payrolls (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, savings fund), as well as the annual tax adjustment. * Supervision of employer-employee contribution calculations and payments, ISR withholdings, and FONACOT loans. * Generation of closing reports, payroll cash flow, budgets, staffing plans, and statistics. * Ensuring payroll stamping and reconciliation against payments and SAT’s database. * Responding to information requests from external auditors (ISR, ISN, actuarial studies) for issuing payroll-related opinions in compliance with current regulations. * Administration and management of employee benefits and compensation, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. * ISR adjustment calculations.
