




**Position: Bride Coordinator** **Department:** Personalized service / Specialized sales **Industry:** Bridal and trousseau boutique **Position Objective** Ensure personalized and exceptional service to each bride throughout her entire purchasing journey, delivering a unique, emotional, and memorable experience aligned with the brand’s values and standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Provide **personalized service to each client**, listening attentively to her needs, expectations, and style, and guiding her in selecting her ideal trousseau or wedding dress. * **Manage and oversee the complete purchasing process**, from the initial consultation through final product delivery. * Deliver **specialized advisory and consulting services**, offering recommendations tailored to the occasion, personal style, budget, and timeline of each bride. * Coordinate internally with the **design, production, and development teams**, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and specifications. * Create and nurture a **comprehensive accompaniment experience**, fostering an atmosphere of trust, warmth, and professionalism throughout the entire process. * Monitor and track **inventory and stock control**, guaranteeing availability of required materials and products. * Manage and follow up on the **appointment schedule with new prospects**, ensuring punctuality and service quality. * Address and resolve **conflicts, incidents, or complaints**, consistently seeking optimal solutions for both the client and the company. * Generate **new leads and prospects**, meeting weekly prospecting and follow-up targets. * Coordinate **order shipments and deliveries**, ensuring timely execution, presentation, and customer satisfaction. **Required Profile** * Experience in personalized customer service, preferably within the bridal, fashion, luxury, or premium service sectors. * Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and communication abilities. * Strong organizational, tracking, and detail-oriented capabilities. * Passion for consultative sales and results-driven performance. * Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with professionalism. * Proactivity, accountability, and commitment to customer experience. **Key Competencies** * Premium customer service * Empathy and active listening * Organization and follow-up * Conflict resolution * Teamwork * Results orientation * **SALARY:** Base salary plus commissions Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $10,001.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
