At EDUCEM, we are seeking: **Admissions Coordinator** FUNCTIONS: * Hiring of staff (promoters). * Training of staff. * Supervision of personnel. * Action plans for promotion. * Marketing strategies. * Preparing sales forecasts. * Identifying and selecting additional distribution and sales channels. * Researching, proposing, and developing promotional plans. * Analyzing and organizing timing and movement across sales routes and territories. * Market analysis. * Fieldwork. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Proficiency in academic admissions processes and commercial techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. * Knowledge of the national education system and its specific characteristics. * Ability to plan and execute student recruitment strategies. * Proficiency in basic technological tools (educational CRM, spreadsheets, presentations). * Organizational ability, leadership, and monitoring of key performance indicators. REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 30–50 years. * Experience: Minimum 2 years (sales). * Gender: No preference. * Marital status: No preference. * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree.
