Position Summary: Operate CNC lathes to machine metal parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality, and adherence to the production schedule through operation, quality control, material preparation, and maintenance. Comprehensive material management and basic maintenance **DESCRIPTION** Operate CNC lathes to machine metal parts according to drawings and technical specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality, and compliance with the production schedule. **LATHE OPERATION RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Operate conventional and/or CNC lathes per work orders \- Interpret drawings and technical specifications prior to machining \- Properly mount and center parts on equipment \- Select appropriate cutting tools based on material \- Adjust machining parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut) **QUALITY CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Verify dimensions, threading, and final appearance of couplings \- Detect deviations and perform necessary adjustments \- Identify and segregate non-conforming parts **MATERIAL PREPARATION AND HANDLING RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare material prior to machining \- Classify and store raw materials and finished parts \- Optimize material utilization **MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform cleaning and basic lathe maintenance \- Assist in chip collection and handling tasks \- Report equipment failures or anomalies \- Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and classification of the area per the 5S methodology Salary: Starting from $9,582\.47 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Education: * Completed junior high school (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
