Clarification and documentation of discrepancies. **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Irapuato, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading company in its sector is looking for your talent as:** ***Warehouse Assistant (Inventory)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role, including use of inventory systems. * Inventory system knowledge, counting techniques, product identification, data analysis skills, grammage and weight measurement, mathematical agility. **Responsibilities:** * Clarify and document discrepancies; correct entries in the system (Inventory Analyst) with approval from the Plant Manager. * Prepare reprocessing reports (shrinkage, damaged goods); notify the client, initiate hold procedures to allow the client to decide whether to destroy or reship the goods; inform Quality Department. * Manage auditor productivity and warehouse reliability; report to Operations weekly. * Monitor operational KPIs, pending movements, and virtual locations to ensure products do not remain in such status at end of day. * Generate holds and remove products only upon client approval via Control Desk. * Schedule cyclic counts and customer inventories for the Inventory Auditor. * Draft minutes (all incidents) resulting from inventories for submission to the Operations Executive to inform the client. * Comply with safety and quality requirements. * Inspect and dispatch damaged goods to the warehouse. **Benefits:** * Salary: $11,400 gross * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund starting from the 3rd month. * Work location: Irapuato, Gto.
