Generating quotes in SPS. Following up with clients on quotes. General customer service. Updating the Monday system with leads, agreements, and documents. Assisting Management (appointments, calls, emails, purchases, closings, etc.). Conducting weekly projected financial planning in coordination with other departments. Generating Sale Orders and coordinating with finance, procurement, and operations to fulfill delivery checklists. Tracking material shipments and mediating friendly collections. Preparing deliveries by coordinating with the client and procurement. Supporting the updating of technical sheets. Preparing and shipping samples (labels, packaging, courier, shipping guide). Creating presentations and preparing the showroom (client visits). General support to Management on commercial matters. * Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or commercial coordination roles. Knowledge of cost analysis, profitability, quoting, and financial planning. Proficiency with sales management systems (such as SPS or CRM) and collaboration tools (Task Manager (Monday), Excel, Google Workspace). Experience in cross-departmental coordination and project follow-up. * Age: 35 years and older * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm * Work Location: León, Gto., with availability to travel to CDMX, Cancún, Puerto Vallarta * Salary: $20,000\.\- monthly net * Statutory benefits, 15 days' year-end bonus, vacation time according to law, payment of vacation premium.
