




**Position Objective** Ensure the achievement of sales, profitability, operational quality, and customer experience objectives across all cafes, guaranteeing efficient management of human, financial, and material resources in alignment with brand standards and values. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of Cafes, ensuring compliance with **quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation standards**. * Verify product quality and adherence to **brand specifications**. * Ensure compliance with **hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations**. * Lead and support brand operational audits, achieving outstanding ratings. * Schedule product preparation based on sales projections. * Guarantee **timely supply** of materials and products at each store. * Coordinate **training, motivation, and performance** of operational staff. * Ensure new employees are trained in processes, product preparation, and customer service. * Supervise **opening, closing, cash counts, and bank deposits** at each location. * Maintain **regular rotation among Cafes** to ensure operational control. * Control **inventories, waste, orders, and local purchases**. * Implement local and seasonal **marketing strategies and promotions**. * Meet **sales targets, margins, and cost controls** (waste, payroll, etc.). * Handle and resolve customer incidents. * Keep branches in **optimal operating and maintenance conditions**. * Develop **preventive maintenance programs** for equipment. * Structure resources, distribute workloads, and optimize processes. * Prepare **operational and performance reports** for management. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Gender:** Indifferent **Experience:** Minimum **5 years in similar positions** within food retail, cafes, fast food, or franchises, with management of **multiple business units** and operational teams. **Knowledge:** * Point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and inventory management. * Cost and waste control. * Food hygiene and safety regulations (Distintivo H desirable). * Operational KPIs (sales, average ticket, turnover, etc.). * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Intermediate level. **Languages:** * Intermediate English (considered a plus). **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Organization, planning, and follow-up. * Results and customer service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency. **Other Requirements** * **Flexible availability** (includes weekends and holidays; weekday day off). * Mobility between Cafes. * Intermediate proficiency in Office and point-of-sale software. * **Own vehicle required.** **Offers:** * **Salary:** $20,000 to $25,000 monthly depending on experience * **Bonuses for meeting objectives** * **Statutory benefits** * **Growth opportunities** within the brand
