We are looking for a Financial and Administrative Coordinator who ensures operational control, efficiency, and financial health, serving as a key contributor to the company’s sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate financial and administrative operations control (revenues, expenditures, and cash flow). * Track accounts receivable and payable, ensuring efficient collection cycles. * Develop and monitor budgets, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. * Generate periodic financial reports for decision-making (cash flow, profitability, costs). * Supervise accounting processes and ensure tax compliance in coordination with external accounting firms/accounting department. * Manage procurement, suppliers, and operational expense control. * Support profitability analysis by project, client, or business unit. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in administrative–financial roles, preferably in the healthcare sector. * Knowledge of: * Budgetary control * Cash flow management * Financial statements * Accounts receivable and payable * Basic tax compliance (Mexico) * Regulatory knowledge of COFEPRIS, Ministry of Health, STPS * Knowledge of government tender and project management * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas) * Experience with ERP or administrative systems. **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. * Clear communication with non-financial departments. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Integrity and high level of accountability. **What Will Set You Apart (Desirable)** * Experience in service-based or project-oriented companies. * Knowledge of profitability analysis. * Participation in administrative process improvement initiatives.
