DATXA SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES S.A DE C.V Seeking a Machining (Metal-Mechanical) and Industrial Maintenance Manager A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is desirable. Responsibilities: 1\. Leadership and Management: \- Lead and manage the machining and maintenance team, providing direction and guidance. \- Establish and maintain a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 2\. Planning and Strategy: \- Develop and implement plans and strategies for the machining and maintenance department. \- Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and growth. 3\. Operations and Production: \- Supervise and control machining and maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards. \- Identify and resolve problems and deviations in the production process. 4\. Maintenance and Improvement: \- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for equipment and systems. \- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. 5\. Client relationship management in machining and maintenance areas. \- Develop a strategy to expand the client portfolio. Skills and Requirements: \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software. \- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. \- Knowledge of industrial machining and maintenance. \- Leadership, management, and effective communication skills. \- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions. \- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards.
