Caja Popular Mexicana, a leading savings and loan cooperative in the sector, invites you to apply for our opening: **Contracts and Agreements Analyst** You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of legal actions arising from procedures outlined in the public sector acquisitions, leasing, and services law, and related services; as well as verifying certainty, legality, and legal security in the financial services offered by CPM; benefiting the interests and assets of the Institution. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Research the regulations and standards providing legal support for modifications or updates to institutional contracts and agreements; additionally, investigate the legal impact history of such contracts or agreements, as applicable. * Implement the legal work plan and maintenance of contracts and agreements, along with their drafting criteria, used in operations by internal units, aiming to prevent legal actions that could affect CPM's interests. * Review the legal content of contracts and agreements used in CPM's operations (commercial, civil, labor, service, and those with public and private third parties); verifying legal certainty and protecting the Institution's interests. * Review and propose corresponding changes and improvements to the internal work regulations, aiming to verify legal compliance and avoid legal contingencies. **What we are looking for:** * 2 years of experience performing contractual legal activities in the savings and credit sector * popular. * 1 year of experience in trademark patents and copyright. * 1 year of experience preparing legal opinions and analysis of notarial powers. * 1 year of experience preparing assembly minutes. **✨ Employment details and academic profile:** * **Work Location:** Blvd Milenio, Col.
