Recruitment and Training Coordination Footwear industry company Payroll Executive **Position Objective** Manage and monitor comprehensive Human Resources processes, ensuring proper personnel administration, compliance with internal policies, and timely support to employees, thereby contributing to the company’s effective operational functioning. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide support and follow-up to employees on administrative and labor-related matters. * Prepare, record, and validate payroll incidents. * Perform payroll calculation and review, ensuring correct application of incidents, adjustments, and personnel movements. * Monitor employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications. * Administer and control employee files. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Follow up on performance evaluations and training plans. * Manage employee loans in accordance with internal policies. * Support internal events and team-building activities. * Monitor compliance with Quality Management System processes. * Control and administer employee transportation. * Supervise and manage cafeteria services. * Assign and manage lockers for employees. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of payroll, payroll incidents, personnel administration, and basic labor legislation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in productive or manufacturing sector companies is desirable.
