




**We are seeking: Payroll Specialist for a private security company.** **Responsibilities:** * Process biweekly payroll for approximately 200 operational and administrative employees. * Calculate earnings, deductions, and taxes (Income Tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Ensure proper application of concepts such as overtime hours, bonuses, worked rest days, and disabilities. * Generate and issue stamped payroll receipts. * Coordinate with the operations department to verify employee attendance and incidents. * Knowledge of SUA, SIPARE. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or Industrial Relations. * 2 years of experience in payroll management. * Experience with Nomipaq payroll system. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT regulations. * Payroll calculation, taxes, and benefits administration. * Proficient in Excel. **Skills:** * Work under pressure * Problem-solving * Effective communication Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Security: 1 year (Desirable) * Payroll: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
