Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of receiving, storage, and shipping activities 2. Coordination of operational team to achieve daily objectives 3. Management of 10 to 15 personnel per shift Shift Supervisor required • Supervise merchandise receiving, storage, and shipping activities across various shifts. •Coordinate the operational team to achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets. •Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and quality procedures. •Monitor efficient use of warehouse space and resources. •Generate operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs). *Maintain an organized and clean warehouse. *Management of 10 to 15 personnel per shift *Availability to rotate shifts Work location between Ibarrilla and Echeveste. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education T 2 years of experience Age: between 35 and 45 years Knowledge: Team management, Warehouse operations, Personnel management, SAP Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
