




Job Summary: Optimize plastic injection processes, ensure quality and efficiency, and resolve issues for continuous production improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Development and optimization of plastic injection processes 2. Process problem analysis and resolution 3. Implementation of improvements to reduce scrap and cycle times Develop, document, and optimize plastic injection processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, cooling, etc.). Release machines after adjustments or quality validations. Monitor production startups and first-piece validation. Analyze and resolve process issues (flash, short shots, burns, warpage, etc.). Implement improvements to reduce scrap and cycle times. Prepare process sheets, work instructions, and standards. Coordinate with the quality department to ensure specification compliance. Participate in root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why’s). Provide technical support to production and maintenance. Validate new molds or engineering changes. Control and monitor process indicators (scrap, efficiency, OEE). Train technicians and operators on parameters and best practices. Track model changeovers (setups).
