Additionally, operators are responsible for conducting quality tests to ensure the product is in optimal condition. **A Day in the Life of...** * Keep the machine running with minimal PnP (pieces per minute). * Sampling of pouches. * Shift-based and deep cleaning. * Monitoring waste per shift. **What Will Make You Successful** * Prior experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing plants is preferred. * Previous experience working rotating shifts. * Completion of technical high school or partial/completed engineering studies.
