The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, and employs approximately 87,000 people across more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** * Represents Plant Quality Management in product and process development projects, during production, and with customers throughout pre-launch, launch, and series production phases. * Responsible for ensuring that product and customer quality requirements are understood and implemented within the plant. **Qualifications** * IATF 16949. * Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF/FMEA). * 8D. * 5 Why. * Ishikawa. * PDCA. * Knowledge of production processes (assembly, injection molding, crimping, welding, etc.) * Advanced drawing interpretation (GD&T) * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) * ERP systems experience (SAP) * Measurement or quality software (Minitab, IQ) * Graphical and statistical reporting. * Effective communication (with suppliers, customers, and plant personnel). * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail and results orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Leadership and management of cross-functional activities. * Data-driven decision making. **Additional Information** At AUMOVIO, we are committed to building an inclusive, non-discriminatory ecosystem in Mexico; these principles are embedded in our corporate philosophy and culture.
