Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality. Knowledge of machining, aluminum die-casting, and assembly processes. Familiarity with root cause analysis, 5 Whys, A3, 8D, and problem-solving methodologies. Shainin (preferred). Knowledge of Q4, IATF, and AAM procedures.**Job Description:** * Reduction of customer complaints, achievement of line performance indicators, and reduction of scrap. * Prevention of non-conformities during external audits. * Development of Shainin projects and cost savings. * Handling of complaints from external and internal customers. * Participation in meetings and follow-up on GMPs. * Reporting of problem resolutions with customers (CARs). * Improvement ideas to reduce customer-related reports. * Quality system improvement projects for production lines. * Support to GMP teams. * Compliance with quality standards within the plant. **Required Skills and Education** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficiency in Minitab and Power BI. * Customer service orientation. * Handling of sensitive information. * High degree of reliability and adherence to standards. * Effective communication. * Continuous improvement mindset. * Conflict resolution skills. * Organizational skills. * Proactivity. * Attention to detail. * Advanced English proficiency. **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
