Job Summary: We are seeking a construction supervisor to ensure project execution, manage schedules, report changes, supervise finishing work (white work) and general construction, and review contractors' estimates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure project execution as planned 2. Manage labor schedules and oversee construction work 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD **SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN:** * Ensuring the project is executed as planned * Managing labor schedules * Reporting on-site changes to projects and costs for proper project execution * Supervising finishing work (white work) * Supporting general construction supervision * Reviewing contractors' estimates * Assisting in housing delivery **GENERAL, SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES AND EQUIPMENT HANDLED:** Structure, Masonry, and Finishing Work (White Work) Material and labor productivity Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD **WORK LOCATION OR ADDRESS:** CONSTRUCTION SITE WITHIN LEÓN CITY AND GUANAJUATO CAPITAL Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 hrs Age: 25–40 years Salary: $21,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your experience calculating material productivity? * What is your experience supervising finishing work (white work)?
