Leadership and effective communication in personnel management Position Objective Coordinate and supervise Human Resources department processes, ensuring proper personnel administration, talent acquisition, compliance with internal policies, and enhancement of the organizational climate. Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment and selection processes. - Supervise hiring, personnel files, and employment documentation. - Monitor payroll incidents, attendance, and vacation records. - Implement training and onboarding processes. - Coordinate performance evaluations. - Develop retention and workplace climate strategies. - Supervise compliance with policies and internal regulations. - Prepare departmental reports and metrics. - Address labor-related matters and provide staff support. - Coordinate HR administrative activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience coordinating personnel or processes. Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor legislation. Proficiency in Excel and recruitment platforms. Competencies: Leadership.
