Offered: • Competitive weekly salary: $1,800.00 M.N. Work four consecutive days and rest four consecutive days. Shift rotation schedule is as follows: On the 1st and 2nd days of the shift, reporting time is 7:45 a.m. and departure time is 8:20 p.m.; on the 3rd and 4th days of the shift, reporting time is 7:45 p.m. and departure time is 8:20 a.m. After this work cycle, four consecutive days of rest follow. • This shift rotation results in some weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) being fully worked or fully rested, while other weekends involve working one day and resting the other. • Attendance at the department’s weekly meeting every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. • The plant operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. • After the 90-day probation period, enhanced benefits beyond statutory requirements are offered: a) Savings fund b) Thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) equivalent to 30 days’ salary c) Vacation bonus of 40% d) Life insurance for the employee e) Only $25.00 is charged for meals; breakfast and dinner remain free of charge for the employee.
