Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Floor Assistant for HEB TORRES LANDA, responsible for customer service, merchandise arrangement, and department maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Training and professional development opportunities HEB TORRES LANDA BRANCH IS SEEKING: \*Sales Floor Assistant (Home Department and General Merchandise)\* Requirements: \*No gender preference. \*Ages 20 to 50. \*Availability to work Monday through Sunday and rotate shifts. \*Completed junior high school education. Rotating weekly schedule: Monday to Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (one night shift per month). One weekday day off and one hour for lunch. Responsibilities: \- Customer service. \- Merchandise arrangement and restocking on the sales floor and in the warehouse. \- Assistance in shrinkage control / identification of damaged merchandise. \- Seasonal merchandise arrangement. \- Cleaning and sanitization of work equipment. \- Implementation of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory control in the department. \- Cleaning of merchandise, shelves, and department warehouses/coolers. \- Knowledge of proper use of hydraulic pallet jacks, pallets, and carts.
