Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure logistical efficiency, supervise processes, and lead teams at CEDIS and delivery routes. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of deliveries and supervision of operational staff We are hiring an Operations Manager! Technical Experience: - Layout design - Warehouse management system operation - Delivery routing (approximately 10 daily deliveries) - Long-term planning and vision Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient logistics operations that guarantee timely product delivery to customers while maintaining high service standards. - Supervise and coordinate shipments, routing, deliveries, and incident tracking, ensuring optimal vehicle capacity utilization and compliance with traffic regulations. - Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational and route personnel, ensuring fulfillment of duties and team development. - Administer and control CEDIS inventory inflows, outflows, and stock levels, including recordkeeping, reconciliation, and continuous improvement. - Design, implement, and improve operational processes in logistics and warehousing (FIFO, 5S, layout, safety, and cargo handling). - Ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures, and internal and external audits. - Manage monitoring systems, asset security, GPS, and custodian coordination. - Analyze shrinkage, identify poor practices, and establish corrective actions to prevent losses. - Develop strategies and action plans focused on operational efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. - Maintain effective communication with internal and external departments to ensure proper information flow and decision-making. - Conduct follow-up meetings on KPIs, objective achievement, and departmental results. - Ensure authorization of freight carrier payments based on administrative requirements. - Ensure distribution expense disbursement according to expense budgets.
