We seek a proactive, organized, bilingual individual with strong negotiation skills who can grow into a leadership position as they demonstrate results. RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, tracking, incidents, and claims. • Negotiate rates, discounts, agreements, and service levels with courier and transportation companies. • Serve customers and suppliers in Spanish and English. • Generate KPI reports and propose process improvements.
